The program emphasizes the importance of socialization, allowing members to express their concerns, build confidence, and support one another within the community. Additionally, through educational technology, participants learn to navigate the complexities of the modern job market. This includes assistance with resume creation on various platforms, developing professional profiles on networks such as LinkedIn, and optimizing job searches on sites like Indeed.

Access to STRIVES for Exceptional Excellence comes with a monthly subscription fee of $19.99. A free trial period of three months is offered upon registration in the application, after which the subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled within 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
